New Animation Team Member, Adam Carroll
Trinity Animation would like to welcome Adam Carroll as a new member of our animation team. Adam is originally from Dearborn, Missouri and an alumnus of Missouri Western State University with a B.F.A. in Digital Animation. Adam has a diverse skill set that he has acquired over the years which includes graphic design, photo editing, 3D graphics, motion graphics, web and print publications, as well as video editing.
Adam was introduced to 3D animation at a young age through popular animated movies such as Ice Age, Toy Story, and Monsters, Inc., as well as a couple of his favorite video games, including Super Mario 64 and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. He was inspired by the medium so much that in high school he took the initiative to teach himself 3D modeling. After high school, Adam was hungry for more knowledge so he made the decision to further his education in digital animation.
Adam has had several different creative jobs in the past. He was employed by Missouri Western State as a videographer and graphic designer developing both still and motion graphics as well as 3D animation for the university’s television station, website, and print publication. Additionally, Adam was hired to create a new graphic for the Spratt Stadium scoreboard which is currently being used as a backdrop for live text during sporting events.
In Adam’s spare time, he enjoys making music. He comes from a musically-inclined family which had a big impact on him growing up; he plays the violin, classical spanish guitar, and electric guitar. Adam enjoys recording music and posting it online for other people to enjoy. He became interested in combining technology and music after volunteering at his church to produce live tech audio and recently began producing electronic music in his free time.
Adam has wanted to work for Trinity Animation since discovering our company during his freshman year of college – specifically after viewing some of our architectural environments and backgrounds on Archer. Adam is excited to finally be a part of the animation team at Trinity and is looking forward to using his creative abilities professionally while working with other like-minded animators.
