Celebrating 30 Years in 3D
This past August marked a significant milestone for us at Trinity Animation as we celebrated our 30th anniversary! It’s hard to believe how far we’ve come since our humble beginnings. Our founder, Jim Lammers, embarked on this creative journey three decades ago, starting the company in the basement of his home. Little did he know that this would be the origin of an animation studio that would make waves in the industry.
Jim’s early vision and dedication quickly paid off. Within just a couple of years, his passion and expertise led him to write, “3D Studio for Beginners,” a book that provided invaluable insights into 3D animation for enthusiasts and professionals. Around the same time, Jim and the team were diving into the world of film, contributing to the iconic sci-fi film “Starship Troopers.” This project marked a pivotal moment, demonstrating the team’s growing influence in the animation and visual effects industry.
As Trinity Animation continued to evolve, we embraced new opportunities and challenges, expanding our portfolio with notable projects. One of our standout achievements was working on “Marvel’s Hit-Monkey.” We also had the privilege of contributing to “Archer,” an animated series renowned for its distinctive style and humor. These projects not only showcased our creative versatility but also continued our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what animation can achieve.
Looking back on our journey, we’re filled with gratitude for the incredible team members, partners, and clients who have been part of our journey. Their support and collaboration have been instrumental in our success. As we celebrate this milestone, we’re excited about the future and eager to continue innovating and exploring new frontiers in animation.
Here’s to many more years of pushing the boundaries of animation!
