Shopping Mall Interior Animated Tour- Mall Renderings

Trinity Animation has a wealth of experience creating fully realized commercial environment mall renderings. As a companion piece to the beautiful Summit Plaza animation, Trinity Animation has created a fully fleshed out and realized 3D real estate walkthrough of their shopping mall interior. Every piece of this 3D real estate walkthrough was created digitally, from the storefronts to the simulated people browsing and enjoying their day off.

These mall renderings and animations can be used for a number of purposes, such as selling storefront space to prospective clients and convincing investors to help fund the project before the first shovel of earth is moved. Using state of the art techniques and the most advanced software available, each project comes to life with its own style and feeling.

The virtual camera swiftly maneuvers through the space providing viewers with awe striking and engaging visuals of the aesthetic mall interior.  Some shots drift along the walkways viewing the mall interior from a pedestrian’s perspective, while other shots uniquely glide over second story ledges and coast high over the first story – maneuvering in unrealistic ways that are difficult to obtain with live footage.

This mall has many visually appealing characteristics that Trinity artists have highlighted throughout the animation. Natural sunlight is simulated inside of 3D software which floods the mall interior through the transparent ceiling. Trinty artists accurately developed the complex ceiling architecture that consists of crisscrossing arches which stabilize the glass, as well as the artistic arches that provide shading. A large spider web-like sculpture stretching from the floor to the ceiling of the mall was impressively created by Trinity artists and appears several times throughout the animation. Water is realistically rendered in the unique fountain structures located throughout the mall which playfully shoot water up in various patterns, along with several ceiling structures which also emit water that elegantly spirals and falls into the ground fountains.

Using digital assets in an environment fully realized in 3D means that anything you imagine can be created. No project is too large to be tackled in such a fashion. Our animators are experts at making blueprints and floorplans look and feel like locations that have already been built. Contact us today to discuss your upcoming construction project.
